On the fair division of a heterogeneous commodity
Article Abstract:
A model for the equal partition of a measurable commodity, such as land, is presented. The model is based on resultsfrom previous nonatomic additive models that allocate shares proportional to use. The results are extended to include efficient, envy-free, envy-free efficient, group envy-free and nicely shaped allocations. Egalitarian- equivalent efficient allocations and time allocations are likewise considered for nonadditive utilities.

Existence of equilibrium with nonconvexities and finitely many agents
Article Abstract:
Nonconvexities are often encountered in economic models of choice uncertainty, location theory and public finance. In these models, these nonconvexities are typically associated with commodities preferences or production sets. One way to treat such nonconvexities would be to use the convexifying effect of many agents on the demand for a given number of commodities.

A foundation of location theory: existence of equilibrium, the welfare theorems, and core
Article Abstract:
Examination of an exchange economy with land and a finite number of traders, where the land is modeled as sigma algebra of subsets of a Euclidean space is presented. Continuity, convexity, and nonwasteful partition assumptions are introduced for a situation where commodity space has no natural convex or linear structure.
