Answering the call to duty - AUSA stands tall
Article Abstract:
The president of the (AUSA) claims that the AUSA has answered its call to duty by signing up to support the Army's strategic outreach campaign dubbed 'Call to Duty' and the army is still at war and transforming itself into new modular force that clearly develops into campaign-quality Army with joint and expeditionary qualities. Some of the strategies laid by the Secretary of the Army and the Army Chief of Staff in the 2005 Posture Statement are discussed.

Army transformation is a multi dimensional process, which involves adapting new technologies to war fighting, developing improved joint operating concepts and business process and changing organizational structures. The Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) association looks forward to continue the tremendous progress it has made in transforming the Army, while the soldiers continue to fight and win the global war on terrorism.

The twentieth Army Ten-Miler, a great Army sports event is going to being on 24th October 2004 where the 50th AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition, a Professional Development Forum would start off officially. The runners from various sections of the Army such as the National Guard, Army Reserve, ROTC and West Point cadets, international army teams would be running.
