Apples and Oranges: The unit status report and readiness in the army reserve
Article Abstract:
The prolonged operations in Iraq and Afghanistan have created an urgent demand for unit readiness data, and this is especially true for the Army Reserve and hence accurate measure must be identified, and any data must be valid. The unit status report (USR) must enable comparisons between the active and reserve components and between the services.
