Article Abstract:
Marine Corps should restructure itself and adapt to the rapidly changing environment and emerging challenges of the dynamics of modern warfare, with latest concept about war changing from 'Cold War' to global war on terrorism. The Corps should focus on more remote, austere, longer, nontraditional expeditionary developments such as looking at how to recruit and sustain its force, how to equip, structure, and base it, and how to train and employ it.
