Condition based maintenance for army aviation
Article Abstract:
The US Army Aviation is undergoing an unprecedented transformation to improve the maintenance, sustainment and availability of current and future aviation systems through implementation of the Army's condition based maintenance plus (CBM+) plan, which is a predictive, proactive and reliability-centered maintenance program. The transition to CBM+ is contingent on incorporating enhanced technology on existing aviation system and embedding those capabilities into future and developmental aviation systems.

The mobility officer-master of deployment
Article Abstract:
The mobility officer (MO) program was introduced by the US Army to fill the gap in deployment expertise in the divisions, and the results are very encouraging. The MO, a warrant officer with military occupational specialty (MOS) 882A, was established in 1997 to provide the Army with a skilled technician in the areas of deployment and movement control.
