Cultural education: A key to winning the global war on terrorism
Article Abstract:
Leaders of the Marine Corps need an increased understanding of the cultures and countries where war on terrorism is waged to ensure success. Apart from the tactics, techniques and procedures of the enemy, Marine officers must also understand the history, ideology, and language of the enemy by undergoing a cultural education program (CEP).
