Developing tactical commanders; the Marine Corps should take advantage of a unique opportunity to develop a future commander's decsionmaking ability
Article Abstract:
Marine Corps commanders should have the ability to lead, as well as the ability to decide. Unfortunately, the Corps lacks effective tactical decisionmaking training, and it is recommended that it adopt a progrqam similar to the Army's Tactical Commanders Development Program.
