Dassault Aviation has delivered surveillance aircraft to the French Army
Article Abstract:
The French Navy recieved the first of four Falcon 50M maritime surveillance aircraft ordered from Dassault Aviation SA. The remaining three Falcon 50Ms are expected to be delivered in 2001. The Falcon 50M, which is a modified version of the Falcon 50, has been fitted with special equipment for maritime surveillance. The equipment and modifications allow the aircraft to simulataneously detect, monitor and track several marine vessels.
