Dealing with uncertainty: The future requires flexibility
Article Abstract:
Marine Corps will have to deal with small wars, prepare for their foreseeable evolution, structure their personnel, education, training and organizational policies to provide the Corps the mental and organizational flexibility to deal with inevitable uncertainty in the future. War has evolved from industrial-based warfare to information-based warfare and hence flexibility is the key to deal with this uncertainty.
