The Marine Corps has trained its combat engineers at the Engineer School located at Camp Lejeune, NC, with some training taking place with the Army at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. A new Camp Lejeune facility, known as the Marine Corps Engineer Center, will now take responsibility for all Marine engineer training.
