Lockheed Martin expands mission for littoral craft concept
Article Abstract:
Lockheed Martin has expanded its mission proposed for its Covert High-Speed Attack & Reconnaissance Craft (CHARC), which is originally envisioned primarily as a surface warfare platform. The agile, swift CHARC might be ideal as a craft to counter submarines or swarms of small boats with a limited 'dash-and-pounce' capability.
