RN Merlin modernization moves forward
Article Abstract:
The UK Royal Navy fleet of AgustaWestland Merlin HM. 1 multimission helicopters is scheduled to undergo a major Capability Sustainment Plus programme. This GBP750 million upgrade would ensure the availability and Royal Navy capability of the Merlins for period of approximately 25 years since 2006.
