Secretary of the US Air Force, James G. Roche, states that US is in the midst of a truly revolutionary adaptation, and operational concepts. He believes that technology is creating dynamic and asymmetric advances in information systems, communications and weapon systems, enabling US to identify targets and employ forces and deliver more precise effects.
