The recruiters and the schools; access is denied, one way or another, by a third of US schools

Military recruiters are permitted in colleges throughout the US, but some 31% of high schools deny access to such recruiting efforts. The reasons for denial vary widely, and in some schools recruting for one or two services may be denied while others are permitted.
