Training for the enlisted aircrew: leadership needed
Article Abstract:
It is essential that enlisted personnel are thoroughly trained to perform aircrew duties. They are responsible for ensuring the integrity of the aircraft by making sure it is ready for flight and that all materials needed for the mission are on the craft. The aircrew members should have training for specific mission needs as well.

Infantry enlisted MOS progression training
Article Abstract:
The infantry military occupation specialty (MOS) progression training has become very essential, as the leaders in infantry assume greater responsibilities within the infantry battalion. MOS training should be given the same preference as the professional military education (PME) for promotion eligibility.

Why don't we educate our senior enlisted personnel?
