US seeks participants for Stiletto trial programme
Article Abstract:
The US Navy in 2006 is planning to offer the use of its innovative new trials vessel, M80 Stiletto to international navies and industry as an integration and experimental platform. Stiletto is a new all-carbon composite vessel, low-wake SWATH (small-water-area twin-hull) mutihull layout, known as a 'M-Hull' by San Diego-based designer M Ship, built by Knight & Carver.
