Evangelist Billy Graham's 1995 mission to Mexico, which featured an address at the Plaza del los Insurgentes in San Miguel de Allende, probably did little to improve conditions in Mexico. A satirical look at wealth, golf, and the Mexican elites' lack of integrity is presented.
