A rare glimpse into one of the world's largest agency companies as it prepares to go public

Ad agency powerhouse Bcom3 Group, one of the two largest ad agency groups, is planning to go public. Because of those plans, the company has had to release never-before-seen documents to the Securities and Exchange Commission which delineate the organization's power concentration and the salaries of the four former and current most powerful executives. Bcom3 executives have postponed the public offering of stock until the end of 2001 because of the slowdown in the US economy.
