Acquisition takes Goepel into financial planning

Saskatchewan-based Matrix Financial Corp. has been acquired by Vancouver, BC-based Goepel McDermid Inc. for undisclosed terms. Goepel McDermid, which is a brokerage firm, will expand into financial planning and wealth management services through the deal.
