Bank may offer Royal group documents

People familiar with the investigation state that in order to head off another legal confrontation with the RCMP over its probe into buildings product maker Royal Group Technologies Ltd., Bank of Nova Scotia may offer up controversial documents to government lawyers. Scotia Bank refused to hand over the documents to the police because of solicitor-client privilege.
