Brewers sweeten faltering deal

The Canadian and US brewing giants Molson Inc. and Adolph Coors Co. are to witness their merger deal on the basis of shareholders approval. Molson Inc. has announced a special dividend of $ 3.26 a share for its Class A and Class B stockholders in an effort to lure shareholders approval on the merger deal.
