British investor shakes up management of Lytton
Article Abstract:
Toronto, Ontario-based Lytton Minerals Ltd., a junior diamond-exploration company, has its director, Michael Stoner; vice-chairman, Harry Dobson, and president, Desmond Alexander, ousted by Howard Miller, an investor from the United Kingdom who pledged to raise his shares of Lytton Minerals' stock significantly. Miller, who successfully managed to substitute his nominees for Stoner, Dobson and Alexander, will also have his legal expenditures refunded by Lytton Minerals in an agreement that will require him, in turn, to drop his lawsuit against the firm.
