Can CRTC deal with satellite radio?

The satellite radio is another important invention in media and its prospects in Canada are widely discussed. Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) plans to buy the notation that the satellite services must be Canadian even though the infrastructure is an American satellite where 35% of the music must be Canadian content.
