Canadians prefer U.S. sites, study says
Article Abstract:
A new study of Internet sites by Toronto, Ont.-based Media Metrix Inc. has found that Canadian online users prefer U.S.-based Web sites, such as Yahoo.com. The study, which surveyed 2,000 residential users, also found that Microsoft Corp.'s MSN.ca was the second most popular Web site among survey subjects.

International survey puts Vancouver on top of the world
Article Abstract:
William M. Mercer Companies Inc., which has conducted a survey of urban areas throughout the world, has ranked Vancouver, British Columbia at the top of the list. The survey of 218 cities found that Vancouver had the best quality of life.
