Leaders of Arab and Israeli nations have agreed to attend a Middle East peace conference in Madrid, Spain on Oct 30, 1991 sponsored by the US and the USSR. President Bush has urged Israel to consider exchanging land for peace to end the Israeli-Arab conflict.
