Chrysler Canada expected to name CEO

Chrysler Canada Ltd is expected to appoint Edwin Brust to the president post to replace the late William Glaub. Brust has been in the company for 15 years and in 1996 he was named general manager of operations in Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Brust arrives at the Canadian operation at a time of strong sales that topped competitors General Motors of Canada Ltd and Ford Motor Company of Canada Ltd.

Stronach eyes Magna cash for investments
Article Abstract:
Frank Stronach, chairman for Magna International Inc. and Magna Entertainment Corp. is not interested in renewing the forbearance agreement, which both the companies had signed years ago. The agreement restricts permission to invest in any non-automotive operations up to a value of 20% of its own equity without approval of Magna shareholders.
