Toronto, Ont.-based Torstar Corp. has filed a lawsuit in federal court against Toronto, Ont.-based Friendship Enterprises to prevent it from continuing to use the domain name, toronto2.com. Torstar and other companies claim that online users are confused over the domain name's similarity to another domain name, toronto.com.
