Non-Smokers' Rights Assoc director Garfield Mahood has been at the forefront of anti-smoking legislation since 1975. He helped pass a law that requires warning labels on cigarettes and another that bans smoking on airplanes. His critics say he is zealot, but he makes no apologies for his activism.
