As Theglobe.com turns
Article Abstract:
Theglobe.com, an Internet start-up founded by Cornell University graduates Todd Krizelman and Stephan Paternot, broke previous first-day trading records when it made its initial public offering (IPO) in Nov 1998. To keep the company afloat, co-CEOs Krizelman and Stephan Paternot ventured into electronic commerce by acquiring two gaming companies.
