Feds should fly to airlines' rescue, too

The transport minister of Canada, Mr. David Collenette, handed VIA Rail about Canadian $700 million in October 2003 to improve their train service Windsor and Quebec. Mr. Collenette is also required to provide struggling airlines some sort of financial relief, especially with the rising airport fees.
