Court told BMO account used in alleged frauds

Former VSE company charged with securities fraud in the U.S

Stratcomm Media Ltd of Winterpark, FL, has been named as one of the 17 associated companies or individuals charged by the US Securities and Exchange Commission for alleged stock fraud. Included in the civil complaint were Stratcom subsidiary Corporate Relations Group, company president Roberto Veitia and two associates, who collectively amassed profits of at least $20 milion from the promotion of 15 microcap stocks including Toronto-based Tracker Corp of America.
