T-shirt maker alleges espionage

Montreal, Quebec-based Gildan Activewear Inc. has been accused of industrial espionage by Bowling Green, Ky.-based Fruit of the Loom Inc. The lawsuit alleges that Gildan stole corporate secrets and lured away top executives in a strategy to increase its market share in the T-shirt sector.
