Golden Rule chief faces insider trading charges
Article Abstract:
Golden Rule Resources Pres and CEO Glen Harper has been charged by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) for alleged illegal insider trading. The OSC said that Harper sold a total of C$4 million worth of Gold Rule shares with the knowledge of a material fact that had been disclosed to the public. Golden Rule has been earlier sued by a group of US investors for allegedly issuing misleading statements about its gold prospects in Ghana.
