Harrowston boss rejests takeover bid

Brent Belzberg, president of Harrowston Inc., yesterday dismissed a $260-million takeover bid as insufficient, getting ready for a possible fight for control of the Toronto holding company. Unity Capital Ltd. said it had purchased 10.8% of Harrowston's class A common stock, and that it would make a bid for all the shares it did not own.
