Mass Sociological Illness (MSI) is the technical name given to the strange outbreak of illness at Melbourne airport, and the resulting chaos is another incident in the global history of mass hysteria. Assuming there was no contaminant at Melbourne airport, its possible that the sight of emergency crews in protective gear actually increased fears and amplified the outbreak.
