Imasco shareholders vote to accept BAT offer

Montreal, Que.-based Imasco Ltd. will be acquired by United Kingdom's British-American Tobacco Company Ltd. for $10.65 billion. Imasco, which received support from minority shareholders for the merger, is led by president and chief executive officer Brian Levitt.

Imperial butts out of cigar business
