Capt John Burton-Hall heads the Cunnard luxury liner 'Princess.' During the 1991 Persian Gulf War, soldiers involved in the conflict were permitted to use the ship for recreation and relaxation. Burton-Hall said the soldiers behaved well, but were too much for the ship's laundry.
