Inco executives sold shares before surprise profit warning

Internal policies governing employee trading in company shares is being reviewed by Inco Ltd. after few executives sold $811,000 worth of stock a day before the company issued a surprise profit warning that hit its shares. Such a move has prompted corporate governance experts to call for new rules governing blackout periods.
