Prime Minister Paul Martin?

Martin has retained his popularity despite implementing tough fiscal policies aimed at balancing the budget. He is a likely successor to Jean Chretien and may at some point assume leadership of the Liberal Party. He would make a good, but at times, erratic prime minister.
