JetFrom to reveal restructing details
Article Abstract:
Ottawa-based JetForm Corp. will release the details of its restructuring proposal as part of a major cost-cutting program. The plan will involve the elimination of 30-50 jobs, or 5% of workforce, to save C$4 million a year. JetForm will also write off up to C$17 million. The company has been spending more than 30% of its total revenues on sales and marketing, but revenues continued to decline, falling by 17% to C$23.7 million in the 3rd qtr 1997 ended Jan 31, 1999, from C$28.6 million in 3rd qtr 1997.
