Keep it personal: Income tax changes mean micro business should think twice about incorporation

The new budget for the 2005 has set a new set of tax rates for middle-to-high income earners that could see some significant reductions in personal income tax and take away impetus for micro business. The new thresholds for the top marginal tax rate saw 47% rate that cut in at $70,000 change to $95,000 on 1July 2005, which would seem to help the small incorporating business.
