Live and let fry
Article Abstract:
The United States Environmental Protection Agency has mandated a phase-out of the chemical, perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) by 2015 as it is concerned about the health hazards caused by non-stick frying pans. The National Toxics Network in Australia would like to see a labelling program implemented so that products containing PFOA are clearly marked, as it is difficult for consumers to know about hazardous chemicals in commercial goods.

Margin for terror
Article Abstract:
Attacks on information infrastructure, also known as computer hacking, may be redefined as terrorism in Australia and Britain after the United States introduced the PATRIOT bill in its House of Representatives that makes hacking a terrorist crime. Australia's own Cybercrime Act 2001classifies hacking as a criminal act, but falls short of defining computer crimes against the government as terrorism.
