Livent creditors move to scrap financing plan
Article Abstract:
A committee of Livent Inc creditors has motioned to nullify a financing deal between the theater company and Angelo Gordon and Company LP, an investment firm based in New York. The committee found the $25-million arrangement to be too onerous and not serving the best interest of Livent. Although the deal is sustaining Livent's survival, the committee believed that the final loan documents are unfair and will submit Livent to the control of Angelo Gordon.
