Mega Bloks wins key legal battle over archrival Lego

The Federal Court of Justice, Germany's highest court, has abolished the law that prevented other construction toy makers from selling interlocking mini-bricks similar to those sold by Lego AS. Lego AS is likely to face competition in the German market from Canadian construction toy company Mega Bloks Inc., following the court's ruling.
