Mistaken loyalties

Both Chretien and former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney have strong bonds of loyalty to political allies who have helped them during their careers. However, Chretien should put loyalties aside and consider firing ineffective ministers such as Michel Dupuy and David Dingwall.
