Article Abstract:
Allegations against an Australian company AWB Ltd., had bribed officials in a foreign country caught the attention of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), who took up the matter with Australian Federal Police (AFP) but refused to investigate it as there was no formal complaint. The evidence in Terence Cole's Commission of Inquiry shows that the Australian government did not take it seriously as they felt that nobody in the AWB would be involved in such shenanigans.
