A positive economic outlook for industrial properties market indicates good potential for financial growth. Industrial properties can be accessed either through property trusts that invest only in industrial property or through direct investment. Some research indicates industrial property would experience the high capital growth rate over a 10-year period averaging about 75% and outperforming both the retail and office property markets.
