Industry analysts said that the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, which is an 11-member cartel of oil-producing countries, is losing its ability to influence the price of crude petroleum in the global economy. OPEC faces declining demand and high levels of oil stockpiles.

Talisman forecasts cash flow to rise on flat production
