Michael Cowpland, the chief executive officer of Ottawa, Ont.-based Corel Corp., is attempting to get his insider trading trial moved from Toronto to Ottawa. The case, which has been brought by the Ontario Securities Commission, involves Mr. Cowpland's own company, MCJC Holdings Inc.
