Electronic Courthouse, an innovative Web-centered mediation-arbitration service from Ottawa-based Novaforum Inc. is described. Such a service is 95% cheaper than litigation and 99% faster that lets parties in a dispute do all the prep work on-line where they fill out electronic forms to create summaries of their positions and post them to a secure Website, linking relevant documents.
